Our new project manager will be breathtakingly competent and schooled in project management fundamentals, but will be in no way hidebound by the rules. You use the right tactics at the right time. You are not stuck. If the situation calls for an Agile approach, you use Agile. If Waterfall will work, that’s how you do it.
Of course you’re in love with the web, and you know how to manage a software project. You’re a technical wizard; maybe you’re a design snob as well. You are fascinated by the dark arts of marketing. You have a kind heart, and want to help your team make the best web sites our clients have ever seen. You’re a great communicator and can run a meeting with clients of all kinds. Required Skills and Experience:
- University degree or college diploma
- Formal project management training
- Excellent technical understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 3 years’ experience (or more) in software or web project management
